I want to let peeps know. I called, bc my Te s la battery wasn't charging. The EV manager recommended for me to bring my vehicle for diagnostic. Wich I was told 399$ an hourly , he said will take about 3 hours to diagnose the issue with my battery. The n he said most likely I need to replace my Tesla battery for about $15 K . I wan never asked miles on my car, year and ect.... After that, I've contacted TESLA and they took my vehicle in INSTANTLY! They replaced brand new Battery and gave me loaner & free charging for FREE! So peeps , If you have a TE S LA, GO TO TESLA Service!!!!! I'm not even pissed,,I'm sad for the humanity. In my heart I know that they knew Tesla's warranty, regarding battery and I was not to be EVEN asked what mile & year my car has. Very sad . Tesla save my at least 15K according to EV garage estimate. Thanks but no need for your greed EVER again will you hear from me. Sincerely, Regvita Ferrell

Had an amazing experience. The entire crew was very honest, transparent, and had fair pricing for the work that i needed done. I had to align my mod s plaid and they help me get it done and gave me tips how i can better maintain my car tires and suspension. Would recommend 100%

I had an awesome experience with EV Garage and can’t recommend them enough. I came in to get my headlight replaced and windshield wipers fixed, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. These guys really know Teslas and EVs — everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with zero guesswork. Huge shoutout to Caesar and the team — genuinely some of the best service I’ve had anywhere. Super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and you can tell they actually care about doing things the right way. They walked me through what needed to be done without overcomplicating anything or trying to upsell, which I really appreciated. The work itself was spot on. Outstanding TESLA off-warranty service… After 70,000 miles of spirited driving across two counties, my Model Y developed multiple suspension noises that needed professional attention. I’m extremely pleased I chose this shop for the work. Tawfiq and Luis demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the entire process. They thoroughly diagnosed all the quirky noises coming from both the front and rear suspension – issues that had developed from three years of full sport mode driving. Their diagnostic approach was methodical and transparent, taking the time to explain exactly what they found and why certain repairs were necessary. The team’s communication was exemplary. They kept me informed at every stage: from the initial diagnosis through parts ordering, scheduling, and the actual repair work.
